Sales and Leases.

Here you can find all the horses we have available for sale and lease.  We update it often, so as soon as we decide to put horses up for sale/lease they will first be posted here before being posted on forums.

 

We also allow lease-to-own on some horses.  Where you pay every month like a normal lease, but at the end of the lease, the payments will equate the horse's final sale price.  If you decide to go into ownership after the lease ends,

 

I.E.: A horse in a lease to own situation costs $3,000.  If you choose to go into ownership after the lease ends (say 6 months), then monthly payments will be $500.  This way that when the lease term is up, the $500 monthly payments will add up to $3,000.  If you have not paid the amount of the purchase price by the end of the lease, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance before ownership may be transfered to you.
